Monthly amateur contests with prizes to win, at the end of the year from the 12 monthly winners hamster members could pick by voting the amateur of the year with a really nice prize, feature amateur videos for longer times, rank amateurs by view and popularity.....endless possibilities to attract AND keep amateurs at hamster and make/upload more of their videos.
