Please make videos streamable on the PS3 again

Around 9/19/14, videos no longer became streamable on the PS3, only downloadable in .mp4 format. Previously, the ability to stream and/or download was available. Please make make both options available again. Thank you.

    It appears that sound plays on the video's page, but the only image is the still screenshot. When clicked on it brings up the .mp4 download screen.
