hire some moderators that are intelligent and fair.
I have no idea what's up with your admins - but their blog posts show they barely even speak English.
They flag videos as watermarked that are not - they then won't let you repost them, they don't respond to critique. Mods should be here to make the community safe and fun, not to go on bigoted missions to block certain things that are perfectly allowable just because they don't like the video or the uploader. Hire ENGLISH SPEAKERS and PAY THEM, or at least give them volunteer rewards like a premium membership. Many of us have done IT and moderation stuff and would be far better than the 50 Rupees a day crowd you currently have. Your choice, grow and help the site thrive, or be uncool.

I agree with that. It will be nice if the moderators tell subscribers why video is deleted, just a message will be pleased. We never now why some good videos are deleted!

I get quite a few videos marked as duplicates - when they are not. I cannot find a duplicate anywhere on xhamster
There are quite a few titles which are the same for totally different videos. Also get some uploads deleted - never know why.
