Compensating a model is just a fiction and in reality wouldn't work...
xHamster earns money if cam models are online and do their thing,
so just make the damn thing work!
So many problems like stream going offline every 5 minutes, bad stream quality with loading every 5th frame and finally 08-sept whole site breakdown for hours...
Hope it gets better eventually, but reading older comments looks like these problems are now over a year old...

Thank you for your feedback. xHamster does not experience such technical difficulties on a regular basis, yet, next time IF something happens, we`ll reach out those models who were affected by accident.

The compensation does not need to be cash. It can be in the form of waiver of xHamster fees, or an increase in the % of tokens earned that the entertainer keeps for a certain period of time.

cam models can always be on other sites as well,so make your money where ever you can

If the models are considered independent contractors, and you tell them they can work Friday, and then they show up to work and you don't pay them? In most countries that's illegal.
