Eliminate upvote/downvote function.

The upvote/downvote serves no purpose. All it does is get users all butthurt about how some anonymous dope downvoted their precious pics or vids. Either eliminate it or make the voters identify themselves when they do it. Either way, problem solved because the cowards lose their anonymity.
