Restore my favorites

My 500 or so Favorite videos were removed. Xhampster should have in place a way to restore removed videos....please inform if this is possible and please explain this happened in the first place!!?

    last night all of my saved favorite videos are gone too!

    I noticed last night that all of my saved favorite videos are gone. What happened and when will this be fixed?
    After years of building up a favorite collection it's pretty annoying to not have access to the ones that I liked
