All On-Site Admin, Mods, Reviewers to be Verified.

Why is is that users have the option to be verified and yet onsite admin do not have to be? There are trolls with reviewer badges and mods do nothing about them. Make it so that all admin must be verified for a safer, more transparent online service.

    How does one become an xH admin anyway? I'm a bit surprised to see admins popping up who, according to their profile, have been on the site for just about two months.
