Add a "Propose a better name" feature
Since a lot of vids are incredibly badly named, making it also difficult for searching...It would be great if we had the chance to double click on a video's name, once we're on its page, and change to what we think a more suitable title for the video.
From that point onward, when someone opens that video, it will have the original title, plus a "suggested" new title in smaller font just below it, with the chance to up or down vote it. This suggested title would be between the ones inputted from the users during the video lifetime.
If a new name is upvoted enough, there will be an automatic request to the original uploader, and if he/she's ok with it, the vid name will be changed. From that moment on the vid will have the new name, and a new "suggested" name will be featured down below. This way, the longer it goes, the more refined things will get!
