  11. Add a feature to the messaging function

    Add feature where the user is notified that they have previously sent a message to another user that is still unresponded to, so as to prevent someone like me from inadvertently sending a message to someone I'd sent one to previously. It's very annoying when I am on a user's page and send a message, hoping to open a conversation with a new person, only to discover afterwards that I'd sent a message 3, 6, 12, or 18 months ago that was ignored.
