10 of my Vids are stuck "Waiting for Moderation", 7 of them for over a YEAR now. Why?
I just typed out an entire, logical, well worded, description for the last half an hour which got wiped out bc I didn't have a profile. Cute.
So as I wrote out in the title. 10 are being held, the most recent is 27 days old. I mean, I'm a patient man but at this point it is becoming very hard not to feel offended especially since no one has reached out. I know I'm not special. False resolution vertical view is totally bad video. I propose to ban its publication.

Hire some staff
How about some HELP desk employees that answer requests for help more than once a year? Been waiting on lots of uploads to get out of "moderation" and receive some helpful feedback

Try answering letters and emails to you that concern your customers so they don't become frustrated and want to go to the tube sites and run away from the crap that you guys have I written and written and written trying to solve a problem and no one in a week has gotten back to me suggestion if you behave like a normal corporation and get back to your customers

Look after your models
I have been strugling to get my co-performer approved for more than a month now and not 1 person at Xhamster has responded to any of my e-mails and I have sent multiple e-mails to multiple people. It is absolutely terrible how you treat your models!! Maybe you should get competent people to react to models when they need your help!

please fix Xhamster bugs
My old account i cannot upload anything it comes up with 'waiting for conversion' its been like this for nearly a month so I made a new account, verified, started filling in the information then i was logged out and now it wont let me log back in it comes up with 'account inactive'. The new account is not even a hour old! please fix this buggy website.

Stop content producers from claiming our pics/video's
Stop content producers from stealing our pics/video's then claiming them as their own... They never once ask my wife or my permission to add their watermarks to our video's or pics and then repost them on xHamster or elsewhere. they have absolutely no legal right to them. And when these get reported to xHamster, the report should be taken very seriously... NOT IGNORED!!!

My PhilHealth membership ID should be enough to verify me.
PhilHealth is a health insurance program. It works with the Philippine government. Include it in your 'Type of ID/Document' option. This website is already going downhill and you're making it hard for content creators to get verified.

Shared uploads
Currently, an upload (photo or video) is owned by only one account. This can cause problems in the case where two people who create content on xhamster punctually decide to create something together: whose account should own the content?
It should be possible to have uploads that are linked to several accounts. This would allow to share the burden of keeping track of verification documents between the participants (each one takes care of their own documents), and to automatically share the revenue generated by videos.

New Section Option for cammers to make money testing products and maybe an RX info part.
