xHamster Feedback and Suggestions

I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".
(thinking…)

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

  2. GROUP SECTION 4 PEOPLE WITH SAME PREFERENCES

Groups should be creatable by the members. If there are groups, people can find others with same or complementing interests way easier. Best case, if the members can post threads if they re admin or allowed by admin. Groups can be indivdually titled. So the content will be individual too, even if the forms are the same. So you can solve all cool aspects of social online community in one new registercard like chatroom, local dating, online events, live events, cam events, competitions. It will increase the connectivity between people faster. For example: "Tgurls for BBC Germany Group" or "Monthly…

  4. BBW Videos Are Not In Order of Newest

The BBW category, when selecting "Newest" as an option, does not list them in order from newest to oldest. What you have is a mix of old and new. You have videos that are a day old mixed with month old, week old, whatever. Why is it not possible to actually view the videos in the BBW category in order of newest? It used to work, no problem, then about 2 or 3 weeks ago, that all changed.

  5. Let users choose what vids and pics of theirs they want to be public

We now have the option to decided if we want our profile viewable by everyone or just by friends. But even though a profile is set to private our vids and pics are still public. What if a user wanted certain content only viewed by friends? A site I used in the past gave users the option to pick what videos and pictures of theirs they wanted public or private. So maybe add a "who can view this gallery/video" section when you upload? Or private(for friends only) and public(for everyone) buttons? If not for videos just for galleries would be…

  7. "Reset Suggestion Data" button in Settings

Its nice that the site learns your preferences and makes suggestions on the frontpage, but the algorithm sometimes seems to have a lot of "inertia", where it can get stuck in one genre well after you've clicked on any of those kind of vids, and no matter how many other kinds you watch, it stubbornly keeps showing you the same thing.

It'd be nice if there was a button in Settings you could use to reset your data so that it can start re-learning fresh. It seems like "clear history" on a porn site should pretty much be a universal…

  11. Collection Playthrough

Please add an ability to play through the entire collection, be it favorites, or a custom one. In addition, a shuffle mode for the playthrough of the collection would be great. Shareability is important as well, to enhance community engagement with user-curated video collections.

In short, your standard playlist feature set.

  14. Advanced search options in the dating section

I often find myself browsing on the profile page of a beautiful woman just to realize later on that she is a lesbian woman looking for another woman. It would be great if you added the "looking for (man, woman etc.)" as another option under advanced options in the dating section. That way for instance men could avoid wasting their time with women that will, per definition, not be interested in them and maybe a few more lesbian women would not be bothered by men anymore. Win win for both!

  17. Publish guidelines for successful HD video conversion

I have been uploading videos in 720p and 1080p resolution but am disappointed to find they are converted to low res videos on here. How about some guidelines as to optimal settings to ensure successful HD conversion. Is there a bitrate I should not go over or under? I can't find info on this anywhere on the site at the moment.

  18. Allow multiple uploads at once. Videos and Pictures.

I have so many videos I want to upload but I haven't bothered because it would literally take me from now until my death to upload a fraction. I know of some site that have that option but they downgrade all HD videos to such a low resolution the videos look like puzzle pieces.
