    The users who are constantly pressing dislike button for no particular reason (like spammers) are being tracked down and dealt with accordingly.

    Currently when a user is blocked, he/she cannot send you PMs and comment on your content.

    We`ll think your suggestion over in order to block the user from a particular page for good, thank you.

    The downvoting is being tracked based on a user`s behaviour. There are patterns which are aimed at marking bots and spammers to proceed with them accordingly.
