Adjust/tweak recommendations
I would rather not rely solely on your AI to recommend videos for me to view. I would like to be able to set some parameters for videos recommended for me. I could watch a number of up close pussy masturbation videos and comment on them to get the attention of the producers. Then all I get in recommendations is up-close pussy videos. The same for lesbian videos then all I get is lesbian videos.
The similar appears to be happening for others. (I read about some users getting all granny or all transgender stuff they don't want.)

Limiting "related videos" button to only two clicks far too limiting
The value proposition of xhamster to me is finding non mainstream content. A good way to find such content was by searching related videos. But when you limit related videos to two clicks, its value is severely limited for finding the "long tail" content.
After two clicks it sends you to search. But search by its nature is dominated by popular/maintstream content, so it is not a suitable replacement. Related videos (from what I can tell) is dominated by correlated viewing behavior. This surfaces the long tail content in a way that search never will. The other issue is that…

improve customer support so that they actually support the customer
Xhamster, without doubt, has the worst customer support of any of the porn sites, (and when you look at xtube that is saying something).
They seem completely disinterested in actually resolving any specific issue, but try to use template responses rather than actually engage and investigate any problem at the individual user level.
They appear to have no idea of how to deal with user issues, other than try and resolve with preprepared responses.

Add Lesbian categories to make it 4 main sort categories: the male/female, gay, shemale
Please add Lesbian to the 3 other main categories that you have for sorting
It makes it hard to do a search for say pussy licking in the male/female category and all you get are lesbian videos

Make it possible to "reply" to more than one person's comment at a time"
If, say, 3 users ask the same question in the comments on a video, if there is a check box next to the comment and a master "reply" button, then sending 3 replies wouldn't be needed.

Allow us to see peoples "friend profiles" when requesting friendship
It would be beneficial to see profiles of people who request friendship, so that the profile you see when they are requesting friendship = the profile you would see if you were friends. Often you don't get to see that the people requesting friendship often have content shown only to friends, thus denying them friendship if you prefer to only befriend people with content or favorites.
