  3. Change the way Captia works during logins

    When I try to login to my profile... and make one little spelling mistake in my login name or password... I get taken to a Captia where I have to select a bunch of images. This is very annoying because it's too sensitive. People will make mistakes when entering passwords because we can't see the words we are typing. The login system thinks that entering the wrong name and password just once means the person typing is obviously a robot and a Captia is the only way to deal with this.

    the current mail system is just horrible, takes to much time to get help and work on internet is not a slow thing, sometimes comunication with the support person is confusing; i had like ten problems to solve and only 1 must have been helped by support, i dont know if they are just pretentios or usless, but support for creators should be a priority

  15. Fix the language sorting in stories

    I select English but most of the stories still come up in a different languages whole point of the language selection is to sort out the stories I cant read..I imagine it’s just as frustrating for someone looking to read Arabic stories to sift through all the English stories

  20. Speed up Video Uploading Process

    Remove the reviewing process for videos to become public. You guys take way too long to do it and it just makes me want to upload with your competitors instead that speed up the process. It’s been a week and my videos have still not been approved, this is ridiculous.
