Please, give the permanent possibility, like on "YouTube", to be able to modify or rectify the title or the description of the video or the image.

Agreed. Quite often I have wanted to change the titles of older videos to make them more consistent with the title format of later uploads, or to modify the description when I realized it could be improved.
I can see that some uploaders would use this for inappropriate reasons, but perhaps you could limit the changes to one or two per video and screen the changes. (More work for the xHamster admins...)

This is so needed. I have seen it declined before (security reasons?) but I have no idea why we can't edit titles once they are posted. As long as the content is approved, the title should be allowed to be changed, especially in instances where a misspelling or typo takes place.
We also desperately need more characters for video and picture descriptions.
