Add more JAV (japanese porn) that has english subs. It is becoming a big deal these days.
You can find a few here and there, i know there are more than a few here. The only problem is that you usually run into the same videos just on different sites. I know i would be willing to pay for such an option if it existed and I know i am not the only one. The demand for JAV with english subs is growing.
