when I get a message "You are Banned" - a catagory reason message of why Like: "all males" or all "USA" or "age", "personal" banned. I take
If I attempt to send a Friend to another person and I see a message "You are Banned". I take it as Personal yet it may be a broad category in the settings like "Accept Friend requests only from Women" - and then I know it is not personal for just me but simply that person's profile settings will not allow my request to be accepted - not that I was "BANNED"
