One more thing about high level categories that needs to be addressed. As a genetic male who spends over 50% of his time dressed in women's clothes, the categories do not fit me either. As it stands now, none of the categories really apply to me. Transgender is closer than shemale, but is still not exactly right. I understand that you are trying to keep the categories from getting out of control (I certainly do not expect you to add "Crossdressing pansexual genetic male" as a separate category), but a few more, and some relabeling seems to be in order.
