Geez. Is this person still using dial-up or something?
Evidently no clue about relative sizes of gifs and "real" videos.
At the time I write this, the maximum GIF size is 5M, whereas the maximum video size is 10G - 2000 times as large!

I whole-heartedly agree. I have finally gotten around to extracting GIFs from my various videos, but 5M is extremely limiting. The GIFs must either be incredibly tiny or incredibly short.

Please do not preface videos with ads.
However, I would certainly not be opposed to uploaders with high hit rates receiving a small remuneration for their efforts, and it absolutely would encourage me to produce and post a lot more videos.

Get rid of the captcha for Members that have uploaded clips before. Spammers don't upload anything .

Personally I find this a minor inconvenience, but it only adds perhaps 10 or 15 seconds to the upload process. I understand the reasons for it.

I tend to agree, but it does become difficult to differentiate "Dick in mouth shooting cum", "dick aimed at mouth shooting cum into mouth", etc. Certainly a plain "facial" with no swallowing does not belong in either of the mentioned categories.

Agreed. Quite often I have wanted to change the titles of older videos to make them more consistent with the title format of later uploads, or to modify the description when I realized it could be improved.
I can see that some uploaders would use this for inappropriate reasons, but perhaps you could limit the changes to one or two per video and screen the changes. (More work for the xHamster admins...)

xHamster is where I spend about 99% of my porn time, after trying lots of others over the years. In my opinion, the competition isn't even close.(The other 1% is mostly sites that allow brown videos.)

I have had a couple of videos rejected (for suspected blurred watermarks) but upon sending the xHamster admins a note explaining it was a face being obscured, they allowed the posting.
I have generally found the xHamster admins to be VERY helpful, having had several other reasons to make inquiries for various reasons.

(That is sarcasm for those too uneducated to understand the reference.)I agree that the Japanese need to get with the program and remove the prohibition on showing genitalia, but Sweet Lord Jesus, some of the participants are mind-bogglingly cute, and I am willing to tolerate pixelation if that is the way it has to be.
The really ironic thing is, I have seen Japanese brown shower videos of turds exiting an ass and going straight into another person's mouth, but the genitals (not the ass) were pixelated. I cannot for the life of me figure out the logic of that.

The problem is not that the videos get recategorized, which has happened to me numerous times, the problem is that some people abuse the categorization, thus necessitating an administrative override.
If a few new categories were added, far fewer videos would be recategorized against the uploader's wishes, since uploaders would (hopefully) be able to find a better match for their content.

I agree with the need to recategorize tribute videos/photos. Having posted tributes for both males and females, I think tributes should belong in their own category, not "straight" or "gay", just "Tributes".

One more thing about high level categories that needs to be addressed. As a genetic male who spends over 50% of his time dressed in women's clothes, the categories do not fit me either. As it stands now, none of the categories really apply to me. Transgender is closer than shemale, but is still not exactly right. I understand that you are trying to keep the categories from getting out of control (I certainly do not expect you to add "Crossdressing pansexual genetic male" as a separate category), but a few more, and some relabeling seems to be in order.

This user evidently does not understand the purpose of 'bot screening. Also, I have uploaded lots of videos since the new screening process was instituted, and only once did I misclassify a set of images, so perhaps the user has poor pattern recognition skills.
Keep the 'bot screening.

Given the large number of people who post videos like this (myself included) it makes a lot of sense to have a "Solo Male" category rather than lumping all guys masturbating into the "Gay" category. It would also be nice to have "Solo Female" and "Solo TV/TS" as well.
I finally began converting some of my videos to GIFs, and the current maximum seems to be 5M, not 10M. In any case, allowing larger GIF file size would be very helpful.
