Please consider installing a QuickTime player
ALL users can view videos who have Apple systems particularly mobile devices if videos are formatted for QuickTime vids but not your flash, so switching to this type of player would cover a wider user audience.
Perhaps giving users the option to switch to a preferred player/playback format may be useful so that there would be both options. You could keep Flash as the main player and have a button under each vid to opt into another player.

Actually just conforming to HTML5 would work. Remember “Flash” is not a format, it is a container that plays the format, which may be an .avi or a mpeg. H.264 is the standard now.
