    Actually just conforming to HTML5 would work. Remember “Flash” is not a format, it is a container that plays the format, which may be an .avi or a mpeg. H.264 is the standard now.

    Should issue a “license to say something in a cam room” before anyone can say something. It is said with humor but really sometimes.
