Deal with the fake accounts wanting to be Friends

Hey Admin! Look at my Friend Request page. This goes on every single day, multiple times a day.

How about taking care of this.

    I changed my "receive friend requests from" setting to "nobody" and asked non-spammers to PM me if they wish to be friends. It's worked well so far. Your source of annoyance must be "Julia."
