    I changed my "receive friend requests from" setting to "nobody" and asked non-spammers to PM me if they wish to be friends. It's worked well so far. Your source of annoyance must be "Julia."

  2. Dump low quality videos. Some sites always have good quality. Also, guys who fake groans are a turnoff.
