"You must have the working microphone and communicate with your visitors" <---- This is your rule for broadcasters, yet many don't comply.
Lots of broadcasters just type to their audience while refusing to turn on their sound(or maybe they just don't have a mic). It doesn't seem right that a broadcaster that refuses to comply with the rules(camming sans sound) is able to still place in the contest.

the mikes are not on because most of the cams on here are recordings, ask a model to do something like show 3 fingers to the camera or put their thumb on their nose and see how quickly they ban you because they cant do it and don't want the idiots on here who think their watching live cams to realise they are being conned,

When I was doing my shows my cam had to be muted because the late hours I broadcasted and the fact that other people live with me. I would always state that my mic was off and response to every question or comment that was sent to me. Doesn't matter anymore though since I can no longer do a show here.

Models fighting, site crashing, no HD cams, no moderators. reviewers who do nothing but argue - often with each other, and to top it all there is no sound which is just absurd in 2014 on a cam site. Management do not give a fuck so there is no point debating this.
If sound is important to you, find a model with the sound turned on - or is that too simple for people who like arguements? As for models without sound winning the competition - they must be being tipped for something good if they are winning.
Just remember - models and tippers - the more you put in, the more you get out. Find an honest model who you like and tip her
