Alicia sums it up very well - the difference between first and second place is $1,000 and of course people are going to compete for their share of the market and try to get 1st place for the $2000. It can easily be stopped by changing the amounts for the competition - maybe a top prize of $1000 and more models getting a share after that. The more models we have here - the more choice we have :)

How do you know the money isn't being fucked with? Just saying. Refunds, gold members being charges without getting tokens... All it takes is a few tokens from everyones account and it's a LOT of money everyday.

It also could be a model cheating but it's very random. I'm not for sure what is going on but I know I want it to end and I'm going to be as logical about it as possible.

If I was a hacker trying to skim money I would say that's a pretty good reason to hack with the system.

I only know what I've heard but it sounds pretty logical to me, especially considering that the top earning models are generally the ones targeted with the hacking.

but nghtyboy, the rules do NOT say a model MUST talk, just communicate, which can be interpreted however the SITE wishes...you can bitch all you want, but the site will do what the site wants to do, and it seems the site has no problem with models muting their microphones.

For those of you unable to READ, This is copied DIRECTLY from the cam contest rules page! This is line 3 "You must have the working microphone and communicate with your visitors". It does not state you must have a mic OR communicate....it states "You must have the working microphone AND communicate with your visitors". Rules are set in place to be followed. It is unfair to models that follow the rules. Models that break the rules should NOT be allowed in the contest...it's that simple. If the only way you can win is by CHEATING, then you don't deserve to win!!!

That's all this site does. It's users- mainly the ones who don't pay to use the site. Hell, the ones who don't even HAVE accounts. But that's not the point....

Don't get me wrong. I've told people off with this rule too. I have a show called Late Night Naughty. Because I live with family- I find it more respectful that they don't hear me and can get their sleep. Therefore- I use to have the sound off. Well, I was reported SO many times and had trash talkers in my room saying that I was breaking the rules. Blah, blah, blah. And was advised by "mods" to have it on the lowest possible setting- which is EXACTLY what I do now.

Why can't they do what MFC does? Have a FAIR difference between the slots. Using a specific amount between each slot. It's not FAIR that there is $1,000 difference from 1st and 2nd, $350 between 2nd and 3rd, and so on. Hell in the tri-hourly contest the diff between 1st and 2nd is a full $10!?!

Capo and the xHam team just doesn't care. They let people bend the rules and interpreted that as they please. The rules need to be stated clearer. Even they interpret a different way!

The rules say a model must have a working microphone and interact with viewers. I interprete that as a working microphone that is turned on - it can't work if it is switched off ffs. If rules are broken then something has to be done. But of course, XH still does not have moderators in the rooms, so who is going to monitor microphones?

We've told you the problem XH - now you need to do something about it or start monitoring the problem yourself and terminating cams without microphones
