I just did a keyword search for a woman's first name. The majority of the results given contained a body part. This annoyance could have been easily circumvented if commonly used advance search options were available. I suggest the following:

1. Match all searched words
2. Match any searched word
3. Match searched word exactly
4. Exclude search words

Or do such options already exist, and I'm clueless as to how to find them?
