    AFAIK xhamster hasn't yet done a mobile phone "App".

    However, there are loads of reasons why there could be "not video fast display".
    1) you are using a 14k4 modem
    2) your LAN has poor performance
    3) your WAN has poor performance
    4) your provider has throttling your access
    5) your device is getting low on memory resulting in increased page swapping
    6) your device is overloading the CPU due to to many tasks
    7) xhamster servers not working well
    8) xhamster network connection not working well

    So perhaps check some of the things starting 'your' is a good starting point.
    That said it is not unknown that the xhamster servers and network connection can fail from time to time.
