Add a feature to the messaging function
Add feature where the user is notified that they have previously sent a message to another user that is still unresponded to, so as to prevent someone like me from inadvertently sending a message to someone I'd sent one to previously. It's very annoying when I am on a user's page and send a message, hoping to open a conversation with a new person, only to discover afterwards that I'd sent a message 3, 6, 12, or 18 months ago that was ignored. If a member chooses to signal his/her uninterest by ignoring a contact effort, the very last thing I'd want to do is find myself appearing "irritating" or "desperate" by sending a message again introducing myself nine months later.
I recently came across an unfamiliar page, purporting to be someone I thought was attractive. From her page (not from within the messaging section of the site, where I could possibly search for a screen name) I sent a message, only to later discover (when opening that lastest message up from inside the Messaging section of the site), that I'd written that user once in 2017; once in 2018; and once in 2019. Obviously, she had no interest in communicating with me and, as such, I would not want to message her again, armed with that knowledge.. So, it'd be great if - prior to the message I attempted to send from her page actually going out - xHamster sought a "confirmation" that I wanted to do so, after notice that I had sent an unanswered message on [blank] date. THEN I could say, "Oh shit! No, I don't want to bother her again" or "Well, it's been a year; maybe she's opened her options." But either way, I and other similiarly situated community members would be better equipped to avoid inadvertently offending other users, or unwittingly making asses of ourselves.
I think that's a good idea (or am I the only one who has this problem? LOL!!).
