"Wait for conversion" since 17 days for a 2-minutes video ?!
Hello all,
I want to talk about a major problem on XHamster : the waiting time for reviewing video !
I understand that it is important to analyze before posting videos to avoid drifts, nevertheless I find that the analysis time is VERY VERT LONG!
In my case, it's been 17 days and 8 days that 2 of my videos are pending, the help service has given me absolutely no response except repeatinG that the problem will be resolved. FYI, the videos are barely 2 minutes long. I find it absolutely unacceptable that 2 videos take so long to be validated. Is it due to a lack of moderator or XHamster wants to force us to subscribe in a paid way to their premium system ?
I think I'm not alone in this case, so it would be good to come forward so the moderators get to work seriously!

I agree! I am having issues creating a gallery. It keeps say the same thing. "Waiting For Conversion" and it doesn't do anything at all. I've done two different galleries and both times I got tired of waiting and decide to exit the page and now both of the galleries have been moved to the deleted section.
It's getting tiring.

I absolutely agree. I can not even upload photos anymore without it saying waiting for conversion for ever!!!! As far as the videos go, they now want me to upload a co-performer's agreement with every video I upload. That means, print out, fill in and sign, scan into the computor and then upload it together with my videos!!! I have one video that has been lying in wait for 24 days!!!!
