Hire some staff
How about some HELP desk employees that answer requests for help more than once a year? Been waiting on lots of uploads to get out of "moderation" and receive some helpful feedback

Just give up. I have videos that have been pending for almost a year. I promise you they don't give a shit. You're better off uploading somewhere else
