make verification uploads easier

i've tried several times to verify my profile, first two pics deleted because it say image was sideways. i tried several more getting an error message for each picture i checked their status the next day and it no longer says error but waiting for publication/moderation it has stayed like that for 24 days now...i'm about ready to give up hope of verification and just delete the account.
