In the cam rooms: be able to filter by country (that would help trying to find a model that speaks english) and or is "local"
ADD A setting to filter MODELS FROM SPECIFIC COUNTRIES - (ie only show models from specific countries ...eg..USA, Germany, Hong Kong etc)
