Hi, I had an issue with a new premium account that I didnt want. It's sorted now, but without knowing it, it seems I was in the premium section and receivng some hostility as I wasnt supposed to be there. I tried to ask a couple of questions about what I should be doing (paying up front I think) but no one was interested in helping. They were finding a lot more fun/aggression in telling me to leave ASAP or they would perform quite unpleasant surgery on my finger and insert it somewhere I'd rather it wasnt inserted.

Moreoever, I was sometimes receiving a very very very bad line directly from my PC to my headset. All I could hear was excruciating sounds, with a verbal undertone of something along the lines of "Stop stop, if you dont stop now I am going to .........." Last bit left out for conciseness and taste. At a couple of points, I even got to think that it was my parents on the phone line via the PC?! They would certainly not have been able to do that and I would have assumed its not even possible? I would appreciate some kind of response please.
