1. Why have you removed the download option

I have viewed your website since it’s inception and a member since 2014. I discovered recently that we can no longer download video’s, yet there was no notice given or reasons for this. Am I to assume that in order to do so we have to be premium members, if so this was not relayed to us, there seems to be a lack of transparency here which makes me hesitant to become a premium member. Whatever you decide to do should be made clear to all and not ignore the many who have made the same enquiry I am prepared to give you the benefit of doubt and await an explanation from xHamster before deciding what to do Is that too much to ask???

5. Fetish, Fantasy, and Interested separate lists. Allow moving fetish selected up or down each list.

There are fetishes that we actively engage in.
There are fetishes that we fantasize about.
There are fetishes that we are interested in actively exploring.
Three parallel vertical lists would help us to communicate better & quicker than multiple long paragraphs. A fetish may go into 2 lists such as Fantasy and Interested to show a heightened desire to explore the fetish. A member willing to educate them can pick up on this quicker. A member with a similar desire can get together with them to explore the Fantasy+Interested fetish item and determine how much they want to move the fetish from a strictly Fantasy to the Fetish column.

7. Make "Hide Watched" actually work. So frustrating!

The "Hide Watched" feature switched on is barely filtering out any already watched videos. Seeing the very same again and again while manually ignoring already seen videos is wasting your user's time and energy. I bet you'll have way higher retention rates, traffic quality, and most probably also conversion rates by making your users happy (to spend money for more of what they enjoyed). High quality users for your business partners. Thank you for considering this, in case you do :)

10. Filter content better

Just some recommemdations...Many male pages automatically go to the gay xhamster page. Many bondage videos get a bit disturbing in my opion. Many users dont seem to understand the difference of premium accounts. Also, it doesnt seem like users are being checked properly. The people/studios that pay xhamster and go through the whole 9 yards to be legit studios/actors/etc. get frustrated when the site doesnt work properly and other people post the same content without going through the same steps. Please fix this, filter users, and filter content better 🙏 Also, private messages should have better word filters or something to protect peoples identities, privacies, and wasted time. A lot of users get stalkerish when they know you will actually respond back which makes communication more difficult for normal.fans. Thanks, hope this helps to improve the site we all love so much

17. Add two-factor or two-step authorization

please add process of two step verification in your website so that when I log in from a new device, I will be asked for OTP or security code I think it would be better if you include two factor authentication as an optional but recomended setting in account privacy and security option.
