Improve the so called dating part of this site. I really enjoy this sites video content. Please improve dating get rid of bots!
Put dating on mobile and app version. Get rid of all the fake profiles and advertise! I would get premium for a decent dating portion.

Extremely slow loading video, looks like servers are struggling. If you’re trying to offer a premium service then you’ve got to invest.
At the moment it’s just not worth the money. Too slow and the catagories are not sorted. I’ll be leaving.

Gold members still have to pay for tokens and subscriptions.
doesnt make sense. kinda feel ripped off. whole reason i paid for the gold membership was to be able to see videos that are apparently arent available unless you pay more again. i dont think ill be renewing if this doesnt change. one would think being a gold member which i was under the impression was the top spot would have access to the amatuer videos and not have to pay individually for them.

Make it easier to search for content.
You don't even have a quarter of the content list in premium as there is in regular xHamster I'm into really aggressive stuff that you can find on regular xHamster and I type in needles, pussy torture ect..... It doesn't come up like in the unpaid side. I haven't watched a single video on xhamster premium that I enjoyed and what is looking for I am so pissed I don't know what I signed up for then.
