Gold members still have to pay for tokens and subscriptions.
doesnt make sense. kinda feel ripped off. whole reason i paid for the gold membership was to be able to see videos that are apparently arent available unless you pay more again. i dont think ill be renewing if this doesnt change. one would think being a gold member which i was under the impression was the top spot would have access to the amatuer videos and not have to pay individually for them.

Extremely slow loading video, looks like servers are struggling. If you’re trying to offer a premium service then you’ve got to invest.
At the moment it’s just not worth the money. Too slow and the catagories are not sorted. I’ll be leaving.

Make it easier to search for content.
You don't even have a quarter of the content list in premium as there is in regular xHamster I'm into really aggressive stuff that you can find on regular xHamster and I type in needles, pussy torture ect..... It doesn't come up like in the unpaid side. I haven't watched a single video on xhamster premium that I enjoyed and what is looking for I am so pissed I don't know what I signed up for then.

Need a viewing history tab
xHamster premium does not have a “viewing history” tab and it is very much needed because sometimes we forget to save our favorite videos and need to back track. Please give us a viewing history tab 🙏💕

Who does your editing? Doesn't the company have any pride? Some of your clips are of ugly looking broads or they are older than heck.
The decent looking women come with a catch, which is using tokens to download. All the tokens I used did not download properly? I either got a Forbidden download or it just expired and did not download. I do not plan to purchase any more tokens since there is no guarantee it can be used to download properly?
