Yes. I agree with this one. I have a similar suggestion. Unfortunately I titled that as my username instead of what it's suggesting to alter.

I think also adding the option to choose what language people speak in that option. Because I only speak English.

There is a better suggestion than yours. It's called "Gender Search improvement" It adds better gender identifiers in it. And instead of "sissy" wouldn't you rather it be TV/CD? That's more encompassing than "sissy" is.

While I do agree with your suggestion, I do have to point out to you that transsexual women are in fact women. Though there is not a option to make your chosen gender as any other trans category than ts. So that's the reason why you see many cd/tvs and men who wear panties in your search. Though yes, each heterosexual man, lesbian woman, or bisexual person should have the option to say yes or no on the issue of wanting to see transsexual women in their search.
