  2. How about a chat box for your friends that are online? That way you don't have to wait as long to recieve a message.

    While you're at it, please make a audible 'page' or ring button like on the old MSN messenger that alerts the other person that you get attention. If it's friends only it's not that intrusive (or you could allow some more settings for that).

    I know ppl can lose their focus a bit and I've missed a few friends who later remarked that they actually would've liked to be notified aswel! ;)
