    The solution for stopping the "Play current video to Chromecast™?" notifications is through managing your Chrome extensions.

    On your computer, open Chrome.
    At the top right, click More More and then More tools and then Extensions.

    Choose "PlayTo for Chromecast".
    On the extension, click Details.

    Under "PlayTo for Chromecast" extension make your changes:
    Under "Site access": Next to “Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit,” change the extension’s site access. Change it to "On click" (not On specific sites, or On all sites).
