"You must have the working microphone and communicate with your visitors" <---- This is your rule for broadcasters, yet many don't comply.
Lots of broadcasters just type to their audience while refusing to turn on their sound(or maybe they just don't have a mic). It doesn't seem right that a broadcaster that refuses to comply with the rules(camming sans sound) is able to still place in the contest.

Only REAL photos of the models on LiveCam
You introduced the option to use a selected image instead of a snapshot so now we have pictures that have no relevance to the models.

make it more user frendly so casters can use software like xsplit or wirecast. It would be nice to run multicams
xsplit , wirecast and OBS is the main software used by most social casting sites I would be nice to cast multicams when castings

I would like to see a seperate catagory for Gay Cams
Or a way Men who cam can clearly state they are ok with other guys on their show. I get tired of the threats to be banned and the "No Gays" on their messages.

Add search filters to live cams
This would enable us to narrow down our desired results any way we wish.
Search not only by men, women, couples, etc. but also by such things as language, country, state/province & even city/town among other things

Eliminate the obvious Phlippine sex slave cam girls.
They add nothing to the cams, In fact they make things worse. They look like they are forced to be on there(because most are). They are often asleep or eating. Nothing sexy about any of it. The BBC did a story on this topic. They busted multiple sex slave businesses that forced young woman to do this. Even if they are of legal age they make the cam room trashy and unsexy. Am I the only one who has noticed this?

Stop the spammers in the live cam rooms
The spammers are getting more and more out of control with each new day. If you ban them, they just return within a minute with a new account. If models are expected to work and earn Xhamster money, something needs to be done about the spam bots. It is out of control. 50+ times per hour.. "I want a hard cock" "My pussy is wet and horny" "free live cams" Webcam....com Models should not have to worry about spammers. Stop Cam girls advertising other sites.
Ive recently noticed a certain perfomer has been promoting another site and getting people to sign up to that site in exchange for a show instead of using the tip system. Personally I think its a disgrace that people use this site to advertise another site for their own personal gain.

Post a clear Terms Of Service for Pro models with a statement regarding chargebacks.
There needs to be a clear Terms Of Service written out for PRO cam models stating that Chargebacks are given without prior notice. The models work hard and they earn the money they receive, but when a refund is given without prior knowledge, or a written clearly posted warning, that can be considered fraud, as there is no warning or clearly set rules regarding Live cams or Chargebacks and refunds. There needs to be a Pro model TOS written clearly stating that XHamster gives refunds not in the model's favor and without fair investigation. That way, models will already know…

option to change credit card number for cam tokens
Create an easy way to change your card number to buy tokens with, i recently had my card number changed and nowhere have i found a way to change it to buy tokens. I even contacted the cg biilling place twice with no response, ive contacted Xhamster twice with no response but the third time xhamster just emailed me a link to the suggestions board
