Better Support or Support who cares?
we bought tokens to tip models and then got model status now we can't use our tokens that we paid for , plus we still have the tokens beside our name but can't use them? we bought them and paid for them so isn't it right we get to use them or you know just anything even a sorry you got screwed would be nice ,, but total ignoring members who pay is awful

I was "inactivated" on Saturday just after spending another $50 on tokens. I am unable to re activate and support has not responded at all. Very frustrating. I can't spend money on your site when you lock me out, and I won't if you don't give me my prior account and tokens back. This may be related to the outage issues last week, but this is crazy. i think ever member should have good support ( without the members there wouldnt be no site just empty pages ) , but members who pay and give money to a site should have like Top help and support ... my votes still stand for better support...

i guess there is not enough staff members to keep up with all the members here that need help , ive just never been on a site before that takes over two weeks for a reply and help , but when i did get a reply from two staff members they did everthing they could to help , and now our account is back to normal ...
