    i think ever member should have good support ( without the members there wouldnt be no site just empty pages ) , but members who pay and give money to a site should have like Top help and support ... my votes still stand for better support...

    i guess there is not enough staff members to keep up with all the members here that need help , ive just never been on a site before that takes over two weeks for a reply and help , but when i did get a reply from two staff members they did everthing they could to help , and now our account is back to normal ...
