    I was "inactivated" on Saturday just after spending another $50 on tokens. I am unable to re activate and support has not responded at all. Very frustrating. I can't spend money on your site when you lock me out, and I won't if you don't give me my prior account and tokens back. This may be related to the outage issues last week, but this is crazy.
